Ascutney's Mini Olympians programs offer age-specific ski and snowboard instruction, in a fun and encouraging environment. Tailored to children ages 4-6, this highly successful program is for all ability level skiers. Kids learn to ski in a fun, supportive atmosphere guided by our enthusiastic staff. At the end of the day each child feels proud as they are awarded their very own report card.

Rentals are not included in the price of the lesson!

Cheddar's Discovery Zone
Named after Ascutney's much loved mascot, "Cheddar's Discovery Zone" incorporates a separate learning area for the younger set complete with its own Wonder Carpet surface lift and adjacent "Mouse House Lodge", a cabin just for kids. The lodge is right on the slopes and allows kids to spend more time on the snow by providing them a convenient warming shelter and place to take breaks or have a cup of hot chocolate. The area will be utilized primarily by participants in the Mini and Young Olympians ski and snowboard programs.
