Whether your quads are burning from a full day on the slopes or you want to stick to your exercise program while you're away from home, Ascutney's Fitness Center & Spa is the place for relaxation and fitness during your stay at the Resort this winter. It features an Olympic size indoor pool, hot tub, dry heat saunas, racquetball courts, free weights and cardiovascular room. Ascutney guests may swim with their families, workout with a personal trainer or relax with a massage. We also offer a complete schedule of instructional programming & classes, including aerobics, yoga, pilates and more. And new, this year Ascutney’s own Strong House Spa featuring private massage studios and other spa services!
The Fitness Center & Spa offers all lodging guests complimentary unlimited use of the Fitness Center facilities. Daily passes and memberships can be purchased at the Fitness Center & Spa.
