Ascutney Mountain Resort is prepared to cater your business meeting, luncheon or dinner in one of our many function rooms. With our professional and experienced staff and Executive Chef, Ascutney can provide a customized menu for any event. We can take care of everything from breakfast to lunch, dinner and snacks.

- Bruschetta – Sliced baguette topped with tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and parmesan cheese.
- Vermont Cheese and Fruit Platter – An assortment of Vermont-made cheeses garnished with fresh fruit and a variety of crackers.
- Chicken Athena – Breast of chicken sautéed with lemon, white wine and capers.
- Roasted Pork Loin – Served with sautéed applies in a brandy sauce.
- Along with dinner rolls, Mixed Field Greens salad, roasted red potatoes and vegetable du jour as well as coffee, tea and a seasonal dessert.
