Crow's Nest Lounge
Occupying the fourth and fifth floors of the Windham Building, this airy "loft" room offers a bird's eye view of slopes and valley. With a total of 2,600 square feet of space, this highly versatile room with a central chimney has a full bar and is accessible via elevator. Groups of up to 50 can hold a meeting here, have a light buffet, or use the different sections of the room for small-sized breakouts. The Crow's Nest can accommodate receptions of up to 125 people.
Harvest Inn Ballroom
Just steps away from our Hotel Lobby, the Harvest Inn captures natural light on three sides. Its tasteful wall coverings accentuate the natural light and create a relaxing ambiance. With 2,704 square feet of space, the Harvest Inn is ideal for banquets of up to 150 people. This warm, comfortable room is perfect for a small or medium sized elegant affair.
Monadnock Room
A spacious room facing the picturesque duck pond and resort terrace, it is located in the heart of the property. With 4,050 square feet, the Monadnock has theater space for 425 and banquet space for 270.
Brownsville Common
With windows facing the mountain, a deck overlooking the valley, and a huge fireplace, this room is the perfect site for a mountain meeting or gathering. Its 3,956 square feet of space can accommodate 300 in theater seating and a banquet of up to 270. This versatile room can be subdivided into two separate meeting rooms: Brownsville 'A' has 2,576 sq. feet of space, with theater style capacity of 200 people and banquet capacity of 125 people; with 1,380 sq. feet Brownsville 'B' can seat 120 in theater style and 75 in banquet.
Mountainside Ballroom
You'll forget you're at a ski resort when you see the Mountainside Ballroom dressed at its finest. This spacious and luxurious ballroom occupies the top floor of our Lodge. Its 4,112 square feet easily can easily seat a banquet of 270 and up to 350 in theater style. The charm of its full cherry wood bar, tasteful appointments and mountain views is matched with functional versatility. Divisible into three parts, Mountainside 'A' seats banquets of up to 170 and 300 in theater style in its 2,576 square feet; Mountainside 'B' and 'C' each have 768 square feet of room to provide instant breakout space for 50-60 people per room.
