• Vermont Cheese and Fruit Platter – An assortment of Vermont-made cheeses garnished with fresh fruit and a variety of crackers.
• Chicken Athena – Breast of chicken sautéed with lemon, white wine and capers.
• Roasted Pork Loin – Served with sautéed applies in a brandy sauce.
• Along with dinner rolls, Mixed Field Greens salad, roasted red potatoes and vegetable du jour as well as coffee, tea and a seasonal dessert.
